Whats on Your Workdesk Wednesday, 215

 Real treat for you this week, I had a tidy up!  It does not happen often, so dont get used to it...
..and I stepped back a bit so you could see the rest of it, satisfied that it did not look tidy even after I had made such a valiant effort, I stepped back a bit further so you can see the rest of the mess, this is me being organised.
Its a bit hot for us here in the UK just now, and had been far too hot to work in here so I thought I would go mad and tidy, I even tried to get the paint off my lovely desk, really must get another craft mat for this side, I do have one on the other side (but lets not go there, thats not tidy).  It was so hot last week I visited most of your desks, not enough  hours to comment on them all but did visit - not sure I will manage them all this week but will do my best.  Thank you to everyone who stops by here and comments, much appreciated and always nice to see you.
As my desk was so tidy it was quite inviting, so I got the gelato's out and had a go at a face, usually mixed media but I just used gelato's on this occasion for a change, getting better and was fun to do.
Oooh, for anyone who visited last week - I won the Heartsong Challenge with my canvas, and am awaiting a lovely prize of Deco Art paints soon, hurray!!!!

    She is beautiful! I love that you draw with the gelatos. I have only used them for stamping, and fun backgrounds as I am not able to draw. Congrats on your win, that is awesome. We are having a heatwave here in NYC, and I am miserable. Had to buy a portable a/c for my stamp room as I did nothing in there for over a week due to the heat. 5 more days they are saying!     Ok, the big question is why do you have a picture of a dog on a motor bike on your desk. Your desk looks very tidy to me ... this hot weather makes us do crazy things doesn't it

    Well congrats for winning,I think use crafters have to stop apologizing for our desk, I don't know how we can create with all our stuff and have it tidy, I know some ladies do I don't know how though LOL. Anywho I do admire anyone who can draw and yours is lovely, she has the prettiest blue eyes. I think you need a lovely piece of glass to go on your desk, it's the answer, clean up is a breeze.     I love your drawing, the colours are perfect. Congrats on your win. If you're like me the clean up only lasts for five minutes and then it's back to normal, but I think messy is better, more creative.

    Love your work! And isn't having a "more" tidy desk fun? I confess, I have 3 work surfaces, so I can move my creative messes around. I have MY table, my stamping table, and my guest table. When there aren't any guests, I use it all up! Have a great week!

    The dog in the picture was identical to my soul dog Vicky, she was quite a character so the picture was ideal as a memory of her.
